Krashkid was one of the first two artists in Stencibility residency. Him and Pidžin spent 2 weeks in Tartu in June 2025, resulting in several painted walls and a lot of new friends.
Krashkid's print is inspired by a mural on Roosi Street in Tartu.
Arriving in Tartu the artist first noticed the blooming lilac bushes, and they became one of the symbols of Tartu for him. After conversations with the local residents other elements were added - the neighbor peeking over the fence and the dog who was running around in the same yard.
The artist has hidden other elements characteristic of him in the lilac bushes as well.
For example, a basketball is a recurring motif in his every work.
